!MENTION: Rev. Dr. Donald MacKinnon and Alick Morrison, THE MACLEODS--THE GENEALOGY OF A CLAN, Section II, Edinburgh, The Clan MacLeod Society, 1968, p. 61. Was a teacher before he entered Dalhousie University and became an eye specialist after graduation. He married Alice Maude Slocombe (recte Slocum), a second cousin of Captain Joshua Slocum, who was the first man to sail around the world and wrote a very readable book on his experiences. Doctor A. C. MacLeod is now (1968) 94 years of age. He has issue.
