The only one of Kenneth's family known to history is a son, Donald, who was also a doctor, and succeeded his father at Skinidin. Dr. Donald married a daughter of Iain Breac MacLeod, 19th Chief, in 1697, with issue, a daughter, Margaret, who was a widow in 1761, and three sons -- Alexander, Angus and Norman, but this order may not have been the order of their birth. As Alexander was not born until 1717 he may have been the youngest in the family.
