Richard Hay, on succeeding to the estate of Newton, udner a Disposition and Deed of Entail by Sir Richard Newton of Newton, Baronet, in his favour, took the name and arms of Newton. By Richard Hay-Newton, Anne Stewart (who died in 1777) had issue.
