Urquhart, S.S.C., 16 Heriot Row, Edinburgh, sometime lecturer in Constitutional Law and History, Glasgow University, son of John Davidson Kelly, M. A., Headmaster of Stanley House School, Bridge of Allan, and his wife Ann, Daughter of John Barnes, Esq., of Bunkers Hill, Carlisle, with issue.
