Donald MacLeod of Suardal, Younger, Šwas born on 7th April 1950. Educated at Bow School, Durham, and Strathallan School, Perthshire. On leaving school he spent six months working for C.S.V. at Rathcoole House, Clapham, a home of alcoholics. In 1968-69 he was in New Guinea, working for the Franciscan Mission at Koki, Port Moresby. At present he is reading Modern History at Lincoln College, Oxford.
